The Federal Agricultural Mortgage Corporation (Farmer Mac) announced that its Board of Directors has declared a third quarter dividend of $1.60 per share on each of its three classes of common stock: Class A Voting Common Stock (NYSE: AGM.A), Class B Voting Common Stock (not listed on any exchange), and Class C Non-Voting Common Stock (NYSE: AGM). The dividend is payable on September 30, 2026, to shareholders of record as of September 15, 2026.

Additionally, the board declared quarterly dividends on all six classes of preferred stock. The per-share amounts are as follows: $0.35625 for the 5.700% Non-Cumulative Preferred Stock, Series D (NYSE: AGM.PR.D); $0.359375 for the 5.750% Non-Cumulative Preferred Stock, Series E (NYSE: AGM.PR.E); $0.328125 for the 5.250% Non-Cumulative Preferred Stock, Series F (NYSE: AGM.PR.F); $0.3046875 for the 4.875% Non-Cumulative Preferred Stock, Series G (NYSE: AGM.PR.G); $0.40625 for the 6.500% Non-Cumulative Preferred Stock, Series H (NYSE: AGM.PR.H); and $0.4296875 for the 6.875% Non-Cumulative Preferred Stock, Series I (NYSE: AGM.PR.I).

These preferred dividends cover the period from July 17, 2026, through October 17, 2026. They will be paid to holders of record as of October 1, 2026, on the business day following October 17, 2026, with the same effect as if paid on that date.
